Doppelbock (Dark German Lager) – 8.9% ABV – 23 IBU

  • Malt: Munich, Pilsen, CaraMunich I & III, Melanoidin Malt, Pale Chocolate
  • Hops: German Hallertau, German Tettnang, Magnum
  • Yeast: WLP German Lager

Deep mahogany with a light tan head, our Doppelbock was brewed using all German malts, hops, and yeast, and then extensively boiled for 4.5 hours to maximize the rich mouthfeel and complex sugars, lending to a profile with notes of raisin, toffee, caramel, and dark stone fruit. Although this beer is rich in flavor, it finishes clean and crisp.
