American Mild Ale
Spring has sprung and we decided it was time to brew something session-able. However session-able this beer may be, it is no where short on flavor. With a clean hop profile provided by a small addition of Magnum hops in the beginning of the boil, the start of the show is the big malt character and flavor. Maris Otter, Pale Chocolate and Munich malts make up the grist bill.
