Canned Honey – Barrel Aged Wheatwine w/ Sunflower Honey – 14.4% ABV – Tier 4
We selected and blended two barrels of Wheatwine for this years blend aged between 3 and 4 years. Our wheatwine, which tends to fall on the dry side, was back sweetened with local sunflower honey for a balancing nutty sweetness.
