Traditional German Sour – 4.5% ABV – 5 IBU – Tier 3
Brewed in the more traditional style, this German style sour ale is brewed to a slightly lower ABV at 4.5%, and dosed with sea salt and coriander. We finish the beer with an addition of cherry puree, lending a refreshingly bright fruit character to an already refreshing and crushable sour.
