Chocolate Willy – Barrel Aged Barleywine w/ Cocoa Nibs – 10.5 % ABV – Tier 4
A single barrel, aged 3 years and 9 months, was selected for its stand-out chocolate character, ranging from Hershey bar to cocoa powder. We then conditioned the beer on Haitian cocoa nibs to accentuate notes of fudge and chocolate ganache.
