Comb & Crocus – Honey Wheat w/ Saffron – 5.8% ABV – 12 IBU – Tier 1
Locally sourced honey is the star of Comb & Crocus, a taproom favorite. Over 100# of raspberry flower honey is added during the whirlpool to keep as much of that floral honey character in the final product as possible. Post-fermentation, the beer gets a touch of Saffron to really drive the floral notes home.
