Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout Blend – 15.7% ABV – 53 IBU
Consisting of 3 different recipes that were developed with blending in mind. This blend was built with 50% Imperial Oatmeal Stout, 33% Russian Imperial Stout, and 16% Imperial Maple Stout. We then finished the resulting blend on a hand selected lot of Haitian cocoa nibs for an extremely long chocolate finish. Some of the best liquid that we’ve ever produced.
