Zach began his career managing a kitchen at the early age of twenty. With the ambition to own a business someday, he began studying Business Management at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. In his early twenties, he spent most of his time working, studying, and developing Fifth Ward to open the doors at the age of twenty-six. Now running the business of his dreams Zach likes to spend his free time outdoors having a good time with his friends and family.
